Conor McGregor reportedly set to coach next season of The Ultimate Fighter

It could only be a matter of time before the UFC announces Conor McGregor’s return fight and date.

Earlier this week, SevereMMA reported that ‘The Notorious’ is set to be one of the coaches on the next season of The Ultimate Fighter. It would be his second time coaching on the show as he previously held the role opposite UFC Hall of Famer and former WEC featherweight champion Urijah Faber in 2015.

It will be interesting to see who the promotion matches up with the former two-division UFC champion for his return. Two fighters who have been rumored are Tony Ferguson and Michael Chandler. It appears that whoever he faces, McGregor’s return will be contested at welterweight.
